Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Compliance Service Order Form
To comply with the initial Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report filing required by the U.S. Treasury's FinCen Department, please complete the Order Form below and we will send you an invoice for $550 (regularly $750 - a Discount of $200 for filing by 3/31/2025) by email for online payment (by secure Intuit/QuickBooks payment). There is no additional regulatory filing fee required by the FinCen/U.S. Treasury.
Once payment is received by CEO Advisor, Inc., we will contact you to secure the balance of the information required on your business entity and the beneficial owners and executives as defined by the FinCen/U.S. Treasury. Once your BOI Report filing is complete, we will make the filing on your behalf and send you a written confirmation of the Receipt by FinCen/U.S. Treasury.
